Do you ever dream of making it across the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Do you need help staying motivated to run? Are you looking to get stronger, faster, and fitter? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then run with FIT4MOM North Shore!

We are now offering personalized race training programs. Our training programs are designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for FIT4MOM members, but any mama can join us. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more. Strollers are always welcome.

In-person group runs will take place at Lt. Ross Park in Peabody beginning May 23rd!. Strollers are welcome!

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month free activities are scheduled. Playgroups, Mom's Night Outs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support, and be involved in your community with us. Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!

The first meetup will be at Barnes and Nobles. We can switch time/date to try to accommodate everyone.
